CeDAR Development and Podcast

For the past 6 years I have maintained a faculty position at CeDAR, the Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation.  This role involves managing a residential treatment team through the University of Colorado Hospital, with an emphasis on teaching students and young physicians about addiction treatment. Part of my responsibility also includes development of educational content and a regular podcast for UCHealth.  This podcast features the clinicians of CeDAR from a wide array of backgrounds.  We explore medical, psychological, spiritual and family themes through this podcast. Please visit our new and refurbished site.  Each article is written to be useful for patients or other clinicians.  Ultimately focusing on themes of recovery and the disease model of addiction, we are paving the landscape for evidence-based treatment at CeDAR each and every day.
